Edit your documents and save each iteration
Each time a document is modified and checked in, DocDoku keeps a track of the content (files, links...) of the previous iteration. The enclosed screenshot allows to fill in a comment and also to add/remove files and links to related documents. By pressing the « Edit file » button, the associated program will be opened. After edition (in Microsoft Word for example), save the file (Ctrl-S), then go back to DocDoku and validate your action (« OK » then « Check in » buttons). That's all! DocDoku takes care of all the network exchange.
