Within DocDoku, users can create private documents under their own personal folder (« ~florent.garin » in the screenshot) as well as documents that can be accessed by every workspace member. Those public documents are located under public folders like « ProjectZ » in the picture. The « *workflows » folder is where all the workflow templates are stored, whereas the « *checked out » folder gathers all the documents currently locked by the user.
